Daisy Janie
Jan DiCintio

jan@daisyjanie.com
www.daisyjanie.com

Blending original illustrations with graphic design, Jan creates fabric patterns that range from retro and art deco to mod nature and morrocan-type designs. Years of experimentation as a painter led to her self-dubbed fusion style, which is energized but harmonious. In 2005, she began designing fabrics for her handmade handbag collections. When her fabrics became more popular than her handbags, she refocused her work on strictly fabric design. She sells her own fabrics to hobbyists and retailers, and she creates surface designs for home décor, apparel and paper goods.
